The worst experience ever. I called and got voicemail repeatedly even though they claim to offer 24hr emergency service. I called a number for escalations they could not get a response either. By the time I finally got a return call Mr Rooter had already came and fixed the problem. Don't waste your time with this outfit. I was in the Sierra Vista area hopefully they are better in other areas.
Excellent service and reasonable price.
This place is not open 24 hours! Had drains backing up into my house and could not reach them. Then none of the other plumbers in the area answered except for Anaconda Plumbing. Call Anaconda Plumbing if you need a plumber! Anaconda Plumbing came right out to our house.
They need to put a lot of their employees into training or academic training.
Great experience - office staff was helpful and attentive, scheduled same day appointment, technician did great job and very knowledgeable.
