Mike came to my home after we’d had a conversation on the phone about my leak outside of my house. He looked at my front yard for about 2 seconds and said he was too busy and it was probably a leak that was close to the house before turning his back and hopping back into the truck. He wasted my time. I’m not sure why he even came to my house. This is the second time he’s done this. The first was years ago when he told me that my leaking sinks were too small of a job for him and recommended that I get an all new plumbing system that would have been thousands. When it was repaired, the leaking sinks costed a couple hundred dollars. I will never recommend his services to anyone and never give him another chance to do any work of mine.

Mike with Commonwealth Plumbing is amazing! Highly recommend if in need of a plumber. He went out of his way to fit us in his schedule 3 days before Christmas and literally saved us $11,000. Originally we called Roto-Rooter (which by the way was a huge mistake and waste of money. Charged us $135 just to come see our problem and then said they didn’t wanna fix our issue but would rather just install a new line at a minimum of $12,000. ????) Commonwealth Plumbing did not charge us any fees to come see our problem and got us fixed up in less than 3 hours for $650. Very professional! Commonwealth Plumbing will be the only plumber I use from now on.

Horribal customer service ! Had them come out to check out a problem we were having. Man acted like his services were going to be to expensive for us (like I was dirt poor) also didn't bring any tools to examine the problem. Half a$$ diagnosed the problem and then tells me he doesn't have the time to fit anything new in. They are just to busy .
