Charles Guelda & Sons Plumbing

I called to have them install a Rinnai tankless water heater because they're listed as a certified installer on the Rinnai site. I was told they would not do the job because they’re too busy, I guess I’ll give my money to someone who needs it.

Zero stars if it would have let me post this. I would never call them again. They billed me $45 for doing nothing - said they did not know what the problem was, could come back later. I called later (after MSD was here and said a pipe inside the house was clogged) and asked them to please come back. Said "yes", but did not come, did not call to say they were not coming. I got someone else to fix it - took them less than 20 minutes! Knew exactly what it was based on my description and if this plumber from Guelda knew what he was doing, he would have known it too! Terrible service, terrible diagnostic skills. Overall, bad!

Super fast and friendly service. I had a burst pipe and they fixed it in 30 minutes w/ minimal opening in the drywall (they knew exactly where to open it too). Both James and Tony are very knowledgeable and professional. Will use again.

Really good plumber fair price know what they're doing no issues.
