Dallas and David were too of the nicest guys I’ve ever dealt with! And Jana was great about emailing me the invoices I needed and didn’t get upset when I didn’t receive it the first time because of email issues! Thank you for making this process so easy!!

Our initial call to Davis & Davis was Christmas 2016. We came home to a house filled with gas due to leaks in the gas lines. Plumbers came out that evening to assess the situation and returned the next day to replace the lines for a very reasonable price. Fast-forward to January 2019, we have a leaking water heater. I called on a Friday and told them it wasn't an emergency, so they sent Dallas out on Monday. Dallas examined the old water heater and recommended replacing (and bringing connections up to code). I asked what the timeline would be expecting it to take a day or two to get scheduled. Two hours later, we have a new water heater. Davis & Davis are now my go-to plumbers and gas line technicians.

The guys were very nice and prompt. If I need anything agian I'll call them.

I had Davis and Davis plumbing repair my P-Trap in a basement tub that was damaged during a construction project. They replaced the area, but it did not seem to line up the same, the new P-Trap is now touching a copper water line. The new P-Trap does not flow as fast as the old one and now has a rubber compression fitting with two hose clamps.... while they reassure me the rubber fitting is an approved solution by code, I was informed that there would be an additional charge to change out this fitting. I was not happy with the repair. I spoke to one of the Davis' directly and still no resolution. Worst customer service ever.
