My sump pump in the basement was giving off an awful smell, along with bath water draining out into my backyard instead of through the sewer line. I had three different plumbing companies out to try and figure out what the problem was, and what needed to be done to fix it. Each one told me what they "thought" it might be, but couldn't give me a definitive answer. My neighbor recommended I call Tom Sondergeld plumbing. Tom came out and was able to diagnose the problem, as well as give me a price for the job right then and there. Two weeks later, two of his employees came out to my house and were able to fix it. The issue was a cracked cast iron pipe below the basement floor. One plumbing company told me I'd have to have all the plumbing re-ran and would be somewhere in the range of $2-$3000. That wasn't even the issue, and after it was all said and done it cost me less than $900. I am very impressed with this company, and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Worst contractor I've ever dealt with. They installed a toilet for me last February 2016 and and completely came off the floor by November 2017. Their service manager said "sorry, it only has a one year warranty on parts and labor". They said they would do absolutely nothing to make it right. I've NEVER had a toilet come loose. Stay as far away as humanly possible. They did nothing for me and lost me as a customer. Update: The owner replied to my post and offered his apology on his service managers approach to handling the situation. I might consider coming back as a customer if the need arises again. Having an owner caring enough to follow up on these reviews deserves bumping them up a couple stars.
TSP Plumbing is amazing! I called them at 10am Saturday and they were at my house 30 minutes later. They were fast and professional! I highly recommend TSP :)

I had a plumber come to my house recently from Sondergeld Plumbing to fix a broken toilet valve and check on some leaks. He was polite and professional and did a great job. I will be calling Sondergeld again whenever I need a plumber.
