Roto-Rooter

Had leak from a wax seal in toilet and another in the tub. Paul from Roto Rooter came out on a Saturday and had them both fixed in no time. Very professional. Very good service.

We suffered a major leak following some household renovations. The Office Staff (Michele) who took our call was both polite and responsive and followed up when the technician was delayed. Once on site, the Technician (Jeremy) advised us of the available repair options and was quite helpful in explaining the problem and advising us of how to best resolve it. He performed our repairs in a most expedient fashion. Should we have the need, we will use these folks again!

Worst customer service ever. I told the lady I have to call back and before I was done talking she hanged up on me. I was going to use there services, I just needed to tell my boss I was going to be out tomorrow, but now they just lost my business. I wonder how much money this company is loosing just because the have a unprofessional receptionist .
