Called them out to look at our AC unit and the guy said that we would have to replace the whole unit. Called someone else for a second opinion and ended up with it fixed for 65 dollars. These guys are shady
They are innovat innovative. Going with a mini split system in a new house. So far they are great to work with.
They replaced our air unit and added a heat pump. It’s was a pretty big job and they were fast and friendly.

had epperson come and work on my ac unit, had to replace a breaker on the furnace. air worked fine. that night It got chilly so kickee on and no heat. called to schedule them to come back out and fix what they messed up. the heat had worked 2 days before so no doubt it was something that was done. also wanted the fan in outside unit replaced because it was screeching. not bad but bad enough. repair guy was supposed to order and notify me on Monday. we made an appointment for 3pm Monday. 3 PM came and went so I called the office of epperson. the woman who answered the phone was clueless. I asked if the fan had been ordered. she didnt know. I asked why none showed up at the scheduled time. she didnt know. so scheduled appointment for today at 3pm. I called to double check if the fan motor had indeed been ordered as I saw no reason that I should pay for 2 service calls. she couldn't tell me if it had been ordered. clueless. I stated that I did not want anyone coming until the motor was ordered and confirmed to be there. she then copped an attitude and became snarky and rude. stating I would have to pay for the motor. I said YOU CANT EVEN TELL ME IF ITS BEEN ORDERED OR NOT so good luck with that. I dont put up with attitude from people I'm paying for a service. especially when they screwed up more than they fixed. dont use this business. rude and incompetent.
