I don't know if I have ever felt a stronger need to write a review than after my interaction with Cole Johnson. He's such a good guy and I feel comfortable knowing that he is doing what is right for myself, my home, and my wallet. He has been to my house in the past, for some fixes, but this time was especially great. Thanks for being awesome, knowledgeable, and honest when I'm less than comfortable with my lack of expertise.
Big shout out to Mr Rooter plumbing of Lexington!! We had 5 clogged drains which affected showers and the kitchen. We fully expected for next day service costing 200-300. What we got was nothing less than awesome. The technician was on sight with in the hour of calling, and a supervisory technician completed the job right after lunch. Job was completed quickly and professionally in under 30 minutes. After seeing what we feel led to do in this ministry, the final total nothing short of the biggest God moment of the day. Well under $100. JCHC highly recommends Mr. Rooter
Had an issue with our septic tank. Turned out there was a blockage. Cole Johnson took care of it quickly and professionally. If it happens again Mr. Rooter will be the first one I'll call. Very pleased!
Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issue and had a new water heater installed very quickly. They left the property clean and took pride in the repairs. I am very satisfied with the work and recommend Mr. Rooter .
