I have used this company for commercial work for several years. Gary has always done top notch work not in our residential setting and commercial building setting. Great company and highly recommend!

PEOPLE BEWARE!! Last year I contacted Ky plumber to run a gas line to my kitchen. Gary left his son and a newly hired employee on the job. His son cut some electrical wires in my wall and under my crawl space. He even had a spark one one. Never told anyone he did it. When I came home my breaker was kicked off in my bath. It wasn’t until the next day I found I had no hot water. After looking I saw the wires cut in the wall. However it was actually the wire under my floor he cut in half. Gary ran a temporary wire through my house and a week later he ran a wire under my house and reconnected my hot water heater. He came out of the crawl space saying “ that he put the cutters on the wire and closed his eyes and cut it”. However This isn’t what caused my fire. But very unprofessional. What caused the fire was “HIM LAYING THE WIRE ON TOP OF THE GAS LINE”. By him doing this I lost my 4 pets and a lot of money on my house and contents. So with this said. I strongly do NOT RECOMMEND USING KY PLUMBER. Choose wisely people
