We’ve been clients of Schneller for several years now since we bought our first home, they have always displayed professionalism, honesty and respect! Our most recent interaction was for an A/C tuneup with Steven and he was the best!! Very, very sweet and polite, respectful of our home and gave us lots of helpful information on replacing our ancient A/C unit. Looking forward to more years of good service!

We had a brand new furnace and air conditioner installed. Tyler and Kyle were great. They were clean, courteous, and quiet. They explained everything they did and kept me appraised of where they were in the process.

We had great service from Schneller & Knochelmann. Our furnace was 15 years old and was starting to act up. We called S&K who said we needed a new furnace. We decided to get a second opinion from another company to be sure our current furnace was not able to be repaired. The second company had the same answer. We were able to negotiate a great price and the install went perfectly. All the staff members from sales to techs were very knowledgeable and professional. I am glad we chose Schneller & Knochelmann

Performed diagnosis for $99 and determined the A/C compressor valves were blown and that it had come apart inside, most likely due to overheating as a result of a failure in the outside fan. Service tech noted metal was rattling inside the compressor and it would cost $3,500-$4,000 to replace, and was quick to schedule an appointment two days later to have a sales rep come talk to us about replacing our entire system. We opted for a second opinion from a Christian-owned and operated business referred to us. You can imagine our disgust to find out the compressor only had a bad capacitor and was otherwise in satisfactory working order, as is the outside fan. Total repair cost less than $200 and our A/C is working just fine.

The tech was professional and courteous. He repaired the main line leak and cleaned up when he was finished.
