Easy to schedule with, quick and efficient service. Very knowledgeable. Brann's is our go-to for plumbing service at our apartment community.
I would give this business less than one star if that were possible. We had to fire them from our construction job because they 1) billed us more than quoted on the work performed 2) did not measure correctly and my husband had to redo some of their work before our foundation could be poured 3) would not return our calls once we required everything going forward to be put into writing. On top of that Mr. Brann told our new plumber "good luck getting your money." This was an unfounded statement as his invoice was dated 7/31/2018, the check I wrote him was dated 7/31/2018, and it cleared my account on 8/2/2018. Mr. Brann flat tried to ruin our reputation with a complete LIE. Disgusting.
our bath was flooding so we called them. They dont show up the first week they called. Then they charged me 75 dollars and on the bill it said they came to find a septic tank and that there isnt one and they left not even knocking the door. Really bad service overall. They showed up once and said they would get the supervisor to come look at it . Never came
Would recommend them to anyone! They got to my house quick, fixed my pipes, and were very nice.
