Advanced Air Systems

We were very happy with the professional and friendly installers. They did a great job of explaining what they were doing and they even cleaned up after themselves quite nicely. They worked hard to get our system put in in two days. Will definitely recommendt to our friends.

I was shocked at how through they are got us back up and running very quickly. The tech Joe was amazing. Unfortunately we had to get a new AC unit but they worked with us couldn't be happier THANK YOU

They are the absolute best! I had to have an entire A/C system installed AND extra modifications; and they got it all completed with the best quality of work, for a reasonable price. Also, I wanted it setup with a smart thermostat, and since they have a lot of experience with them, they were able to work with me to find the one that would best work with my needs. If I could give them more than just 5 stars, I would!!!

Our A/C went out after a storm. I called and they sent a tech after hours. Joe was knowledgeable and extremely nice and polite. He indicated what the problem was and went in depth to make sure we understood. I will not hesitate in the future to call Advanced Air whenever a problem crops up.

A specialist came to work up an estimate for us on 7/2/2019. Six days later (7/8), we had no estimate. I contacted the specialist via email and got a promise on 7/8 that the estimate was forthcoming by end of day. Still...nothing. Called them on 7/11 and was promised a call back. Nothing. Called later the same day at COB on 7/11 and was, once again, promised that I would be contacted. And...nothing. And, here we are, waiting for service that will never be provided. Follow up comment: I did receive the estimate last night and I appreciate Jordan's reply to my initial comment. I am increasing the rating to three stars.
