Best plumbing service I've ever experienced! They installed my ovens from Sears perfectly! They knew what they were doing and they did it very delicately and swiftly. Will definitely recommend to friends, family, and strangers! Thank you Lovelady Plumbing for your service!

Lovelady Plumbing recently installed a range hood and propane stove for my employer. They were extremely pleased with the services provided by Lovelady's representatives, David Brackett and Glen Nolen. They were professional and knowledgeable. They were timely and their work was accurate. Thank you for providing great service!

On Monday, June 8, I called Lovelady plumbing because we needed a plumber to come out and snake the drain from our AC unit to the outdoor pipe. I spoke to the manager on the phone about exactly what I needed done and she quoted me a price. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Two plumbers came out, climbed into my attic, blew in the pipe, told me they didn't have the tool for the job, said the pipe was clear, charged me $95, and left. They also gave me some line about how an AC unit isn't supposed to produce condensation, which 6th grade science would tell you is wrong: when you take humid, hot air and cool it, water must come out. The next day we realized the AC had kicked off again and went up to find the pan full and the pipe not draining. My husband called the main number to complain and left his phone number, requesting a phone call, but the plumber called me back on my number. My husband spent ten minutes talking to the plumber, who insisted that the pipe was unclogged (despite the fact that we could see it was clogged and not draining). The plumber was pushy, interruptive, and in the end we wasted $95 to have two guys look around our attic and give us an uninformed opinion on our AC unit. Had the woman on the phone just told me they couldn't do it, I would have saved nearly $100. They came out knowing what I expected them to do, they charged me, and they did nothing.
