I was devastated by the service I had with Yavapai Plumbing and Heating. I'm a teacher, so I have very limited funds. I'm a single mom, so I don't know a lot about furnaces. My heating in the winter and now air conditioning in the summer was not working. I called the company, because a really nice man had helped me out about two years ago. I just wanted to check on rates and a man named Trevor said he would be over the next day. He assured me he would give me a quote before doing anything or charging anything. I made that clear, because I have been taken advantage of in the past. He stayed a maximum of 15 minutes, changed the batteries in my wall unit because unbeknownst to me, that was the only problem. My furnace was working fine. He told me I owed him $240, but if I paid him $150, he would give me a deal and sign me up for some kind of annual package with his company. I wondered how he could charge me so much for just putting in 2 AAA batteries. I asked him who the manager or owner of the company was, but he refused to give me that information. He was rude and disrespectful. He stormed out angrily and told me that I would never be able to get service from his company again. I almost never write negative reviews for companies. This is the exception. If you are a man or married then you might not have anything to worry about, but if you're a female or a single mom, please beware of this company.

I would like thank Yavapai Plumbing and Heating for their service! My family came back from a trip and the weather at my home had been very cold. When I opened my garage door I had water flowing in my garage! I called them after hours, it took about an hour for Peter to get there and in less than an hour had fixed my busted water line inside my wall and the cost was very good! Peter gave me a discount and I was very pleased!! Thanks again!

We would definitely use this company again. My elderly parents heater broke just prior to this wicked cold snap. This company came out to look at it and gave an estimate. The final price ended up being a bit higher than expected, but it turns out, this was due to a lack of understanding and communication on my Mothers part. Yavapai Plumbing and Heating did what they could in the midst of the crazy amount of snow that blocked most roads. They even offered to come out on their day off to get the heat turned back on. After all work has been completed, my parents are very happy and warm in their home. Thank you Yavapai Plumbing & Heating.

Never showed up to work on furnace. Daisy said Trevor would be there between 4-6pm. Arranged my schedule to be there for 2 hours and no one called or showed up. Apparently need better scheduling staff.

Pricing is 300% above the average. 650$ for a $120 motor and $400 for a run capacitor that costs $40. Save your money and go somewhere else.
