This company is Fantastic, I needed a plumber right away and when i called they sent someone even though the service guy was working all the way in Fairfeild, i asked Earl if he had someone closer to me he explained to me that he did not, that all the plumbers were out on different jobs, therefore Larry was at my house in Cold Spring within a hour and saved the day so I didn't have to go the weekend without hot water! Very courteous plumbers as well. Thanks Schmidt Plumbing and thank you Earl for being very patient with me.

Not the best. I like to support smaller local companies. So, when the time came I call Schmidt's. The company was prompt and did a good job. However, watch how they bill. They will exaggerate the time they actually spent at the job. You'll get excuses if you try to point out how they bill. They don't present how they bill and won't tell you when you call. So, I would press them for how they are going to bill if you venture to call.

Way overpriced! Was trying to support a local business. Will not call back there again.

A local company to me, so I thought. They overcharged me for an hour of labor. When I questioned why the extra hour of labor: Earl said it was for travel time, from Cincinnati!!! Mind you the main office is 2 miles up the road. Sadly it's companies like Earl's that make the DIY industry flourish. I purposely called local to help out Alexandria, lesson learned!!

Great employees who know what they're doing. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
