Joe was extremely knowledgeable - the first time I called for help in our kitchen he actually coached us through what we needed to do over the phone for free! The second time we had issues in our kitchen (unrelated to the first) he knew exactly what he was going to need to do and told us the cost before coming over. Upon further inspection at our house, he said we would need a little more work because the piping was set up goofy. Joe was extremely transparent in what he was doing and taught us along the way. Will absolutely be using him again!

Joe came right out to look at our issue and got right back to us to schedule a time for the work. He is prompt, professional and really knows his stuff!!
