Not happy at all!!! These people do not know how to return phone calls. When they finally showed up to check the bathroom they where gonna fix they looked at it said they would get back with us and never did. After multiple phone calls and leaving messages still no call back.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Called for them to go and take care of a problem for me, showed up looked at it and have not seen them since to fix it. Left multiple messages and no one has called back.
I had exactly the same problem. "We found your issue and need to go get a part." Never seen again. No response after repeated calls.
