I love working for Benjamin Franklin plumbing. I have never worked for a company that has taken care of its employees just like they were family. I think of all the employees and owners as family and honestly can't wait to get to work. All of the employees attend classes three times a week before we start our work day to train and learn about different products. This is one of the only companies I have worked for that has a bonafide training program to ensure all plumbers and apprentices are well versed in the plumbing world. I look forward to working here for years to come.

Lack of average pricing range - Disappointed that Ben Franklin would not give me a ball park pricing quote without coming to the site. I was willing to provide a video of the scope and the assessment from another company. Did not feel like my client's business was "valued" or "needed". **The below response was not my experience you are referring to a different customer - I called to get a quote on a Hydro Jet Line Out for 75 feet with easy access to the "clean out access point"..**

Bruce was super helpful, he clearly explained what the problem could be and how to solve it. He was friendly and timely- I will be calling them back!

Exemplary service at a reasonable price. Benjamin Franklin scheduled my service the same day, did an accurate assessment, provided a fair estimate and completed the work in an extremely timely manner. That's what I call a good value!
