Not a very attention to detail type of company. They both (Charlie and Tricia) really screwed up and cost me a lot of unnecessary headaches. Lack of an education and being ignorant was the root cause analysis. NEVER AGAIN!!! He even has his wife Tricia Gorlick and family leave fake reviews for the company right here below...WTH? BEWARE they are cheats!!!

WE HAD A SEWER MAIN BLOCKAGE. THEY CAME FOR OVER A WEEK FOR A FEW HOURS A DAY AND THEN HAD TO LEAVE TO DO OTHER JOBS. Took them almost ten days to do a half ** job. Had to have them back 30 days later to fix a pipe that was leaking due to them putting in wrong pipe size. 6 months later leaks again. Called them and scheduled a appointment and for a week they kept calling at 7pm at night and said they can't make it and will be there next day. This went on for a week. Finally on 7th day they called and said would be there in 30 minutes. 2 hours later nothing. Called them and they said the crew had to do another job and would have to reschedule for another day. We blew up on them and they said owner Charlie will be calling us. 5 days later no calls. Had to have another company do the job that they should of. They are quick to come to you to get the job started or money but seems you arent a priority if you have any issues after. Bunch of jagoffs!!!

Charlie squeezed us in his very busy schedule, it was a broken water line on a rental house ,he saved me alot of stress from my renters,and was reasonable on price yor emergency, thank you
