The Plumbing Store

I had the plumbing store out to fix my faucet since it was dripping I had bought the parts from True Value with number on receipt of faucet. They said the stems were to short and could see if they could order parts and it would cost over $200.00 and they didn't know if they would work. I asked they about replacing two faucets to match in my bathroom and they said they could. They charged me $648.00 for two Delta Faucets plus installation and my total bill came to $ 1594.00. In checking the same Delta Faucets they are $109.00 each I think I got ripped off and will never use the plumbing store again and will let all my friends know of my experience Yvonne Harrison

The plumbing store was very helpful. The manager Kim is very nice and she was able to answer most all of my plumbing questions over the phone. She was able to get a plumber out the SAME DAY and fix the back up in my shower. Thanks guys. Would definitely recommend. I am also looking at getting water treatment installation at my house and they do that too! Will definitely be giving them a call back soon to get that going.

I called The Plumbing Store and spoke with Kim. She determined what my plumbing problem was and sent out William and Bobby. They were courteous and friendly. They arrived in less then an hour after my call with Kim. They took care of my problem in a efficient and professional manner. Very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Since my first contact with The Plumbing Store went so well, I called them when I had no hot water. Well, the plumber was here for less than an hour, did not resolve the issue and charged $101! "This hose needs to be replaced" but he didn't replace it. He didn't even look at the prior repair which I called for and has become problematic.
