Alternative Air: ALWAYS a Positive Experience! Since moving to Manhattan in late 2017; I have used the services of Alternative Air on several occasions. Each time, their work, professionalism, and customer service is truly outstanding. Today was no exception. Ian Shriner quickly diagnosed my condensation water leak issue. Made repairs and left the area looking better than when he arrived. I highly recommend Alternative Air and will continue to use them in the future.

I arrived home from vacation and the air was not working. The temp in the house was 95°! Alternative Air sent Ian Shriner out first thing the next morning! He called before he arrived to let me now he was on the way. Once Ian arrived he diagnosed the problem pretty fast and the repair was made quickly. I appreciate the professionalism and that he worked in a time efficient manner. Ian was also very polite. I will not hesitate to refer Alternative Air to others or to call them for service in the future.

My air conditioner was not working right yesterday. I called alternative air late in the afternoon and they came first thing this morning. Ian was very nice. And he explained everything to me. I will recommend them and use them again

I highly recommend Alternative Air! A few years ago they replaced our HVAC system, upgraded it and moved it to a better location. They were always there to answer my questions, and it was a quick install with trustworthy employees.

We work with a major cellular company and these guys are top notch! Techs are professional and proficient. Communications are on point and prompt. After hours service with no issues. We will continue using these guys for a long time. Bravo!
