I had a garbage disposal installed. The customer service was excellent, they were very accommodating and had a service tech out to the house within 2 hrs for an estimate. Ted was very knowledgeable and made sure to point out any issues he saw with the plumbing as he worked. Overall they did a very good job. My only issue was the labor price was much more than I would have expected. I didn't get any other estimates to compare as I just needed the work to get done because it was for a rental property where I have a tenant so access to the house was limited.
Several months ago I requested and estimate to have a wall hung sink installed. I was surprised at how quickly this was done. They gave me the best quote. When I called to have the work done, I had a lot of questions because this is something new to me and each time I called with questions, I was always treated with respect and courtesy. The work was done and everything was left in good order. I am very pleased with the contact and the service. I also asked for a quote for another project that I have planned.
I was having flooding issues in the ac/furnace room. Our AC technician cleared out the condensation drain and it was okay for a day and then started overflowing again. We determined it was a blockage in the line connected to the main line out of the house. I called RR and Teddy was at my house within an hour. He confirmed the clog location and soon had the line open and flowing. He was very efficient and thorough in making sure the line was indeed clear. This work was done on July 17 and there has been no further issues. Thanks, again for great work!
Very polite and mannerly technician, Ben, shared information regarding repairs and also explained to my husband on the phone. Worked beyond 5pm to resolve issues. Would never call another vendor after this positive experience. Also one of the few plumbers who does not charge a service call fee, as they do not apply this fee to repair cost. Call them if you have any water related issues!
Service was excellent! Derek was on time and very polite. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Even got a military discount! Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.
