Called him on a whim because we had had trouble with our dishwasher installation. Home Depot had tried to deliver twice and both times had issues so we had been without a dish washer for two months! Called Brandon so we could get a valve replaced and then reschedule our delivery. He came over shortly after we called to replace the valve, but then offered to install the dishwasher for us too because he had some spare time. He did a great job explaining what he was doing while he was doing it also and we now have a dishwasher and don’t have to worry about the installation company anymore!

Called Brandon this afternoon to come look at our hot water heater that was leaking. (We saw he had great reviews online AND open until 11pm.) He was able to come right out and help us. It was a last minute call so we werent sure how much he would be able to do but he was so kind and actually replaced our hot water heater. Hes very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Will definitely call again with any issues that may arise! Thank you!

Amazing service! 2nd time I have called Brandon. Both experiences... Friendly, prompt, respectable, polite and neat. Fixed our issues in a jiffy at a reasonable rate. I will definately use Plumb Crazy again!
