A Ability Discount Plumbing

I give Richard A 5-star on here , I live in Olathe and he went above and beyond what was asked of him. Very reasonable price. Will definitely use him again I have found the plumber I need. I have an older home and he's able to work on it very easily. Tried another local plumber who didn't even try to fix my shut off valve of my house. Said I needed all new lines, Richard looked at it and said no I do not and he will be able to fix it without replacing all the line.

Richard committed to coming out to my house to give me an estimate on a Monday. He texted Saturday saying he would be too busy on Monday to come. I responded asking what day he could come and he didn't respond. I followed up again advising that I was willing to wait and just needed to know when he could come. He never responded. I hired a different plumber.

I am a first time home buyer and had sewer line problems due to tree roots growing into my lines. I had one company try to unclog it and they told me my line was busted. I called Richard and he came out the same day to fix it. Richard is a 5 star plumber in Overland Park and I would recommend him to anyone!

As an architect and former construction exec. at the largest commercial contractor in KC/region, I have had my fill of unqualified & over-valued residential plumbers. Don’t let his rate scare you, he is fast and efficient, actually making him the most competitive.

Not only did he show up on time he explained things to me to better understand. Saved the day by getting the hot water heater installed. All around a great guy and his work was impeccable. I would recommend AAA to all my friends, family and clients. Thanks again Richard.
