When we had new countertops put in our kitchen, the old faucet had to be removed and the disposal and dishwasher disconnected. Shane did this work for us, arrived right on time, and was very nice. He did an excellent job. After the new counters were in, a new faucet was installed and everything else was reconnected requiring rerouting of some of the pipes to make it all work with the new deeper sink. Paul did an excellent job on this part of the project. Overall, A-1 Sewer and Septic is an excellent source for all plumbing needs. They are professional, arrive on time, and do what is required to get the job done. We would highly recommend A-1!

I called this company for a service as we needed our pit pumped. I told them that we really needed it done that day or the next. This was on a Tuesday. They advised that Thursday was the earliest they could get out here. So i set the appointment and spent hundreds to prep for them to come out. Come Thursday they didnt show. When I called they said they scheduled for the FOLLOWING Thursday!!! Thanks for not being clear and leaving us hanging.

Backed up kitchen sink line cleared by A-1. Service technician resolved, tested and completed project. Clean up of work area was excellent. He was respectful, listened to our particular situation and resolved entirely to our satisfaction. Good value for the price. Have used in the past, will use again

I've used A-1 for all my properties and since; my home for years. I've always, had a great experience. If any concerns, I call the office to communicate my needs and always suggest consumers do the same. They're easy to work with, and HONEST! Never have had leaks or issue's with any of the workers from new installs or replacements. Be kind, and communicate if not happy before you go someone else, because they will work with you. Honesty is hard too find! A1 Sewer and Septic Service Inc is always my pick!

I had the opportunity to experience A-1 S &S services for the first time when working on my Boss's house doing a sewer tie in and when I cut into the pipe in the basement saw that the pipe was half filled and suggested it would be a good idea to have a sewer service come and clear the line before I proceeded with the tie in. The company that showed up thought we should send cameras down the line and delay the project. My boss went online and found A1 S&S and thought we should try them. A1 sent out a service person soon after and cleared the line in both directions, we were very happy with the service, the good attitude of the technician and I was able to quickly complete the job. I have recommended A1 Sewer and Septic to all my customers and friends. they are an excellant choice when service is needed and recently needed their services at my own home. We were very satisfied!
