Have used quite frequently. Always very good.

initially (friday), we were told they couldn't auger the line because they found mud on the tip of the cable about two feet into the line, which meant it was collapsed. Thank goodness I was able to get 20' or more of our garden hose in without much effort. I called back and told them about the garden hose. Scott told me he would come out personally monday and run the line himself which he did. He pulled out a ball of roots bigger than my fist. He said we do have some problems with the sewer, but he took plenty of time out of his schedule to give us a lot of information, things to consider, and what the options are at this point. .
