Speedy response to a recent Sunday afternoon apartment building plumbing issue. The technician was very friendly, and took the time to put booties on over his muddy shoes, so as not to track up my carpet. Very thoughtful. Also, his communication with me was great. Answered all my questions, and put me at ease. Good job! :)
