This company has worked on the church property on multiple occasions; both heating and plumbing. The technicians have always exemplified knowledgable and friendly service. Their home office has always been easy to work with and billing has always been made simple. We plan to continue to use them for future needs and also would recommend them to others.
Just recently had Freon added to ailing system. Will definitely have them quote the new system when this freon leaks out. They installed a budget system in our last house and it was working like new 8 years later when we sold the house.
We talked to a "Kyle" at Bob Stith about a problem with our furnace. He came off VERY rude!!!!! They will not get our business EVER!!! Want GREAT service call Bachman in Hesston, Kansas!!! FAST, FRIENDLY, RELIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!!!!
Horrible experience. They made everything extremely difficult. We are several months out from the plumbing they did in our bathroom and we are STILL fixing their mistakes. I was in tears several times because of Stith. Avoid them at all costs.
