They finished the job quickly and correctly, even though it was below freezing temperatures outside. Friendly guys. Never once heard a complaint or negative word. Their explanations were very thorough, and they answered every question we had. A young man named Trent was especially kind and respectful of my time since I am a night shift nurse and have to sleep during the day.

Worst service EVER!! Husband stated he was out of state when he gave direct directions where the well house was located. Someone went to the house, made no effort to find the well house and left. We heard nothing from them all day. I called late in the afternoon and spoke with a young kid, didn't seem to like that well was in a row of trees, didn't want to be accountable for not following through with any directions given or a phone call. Gave excuse, after excuse. Not reliable, never, ever again. I recieved no service, with no follow up or communication. We had no water and would have appreciated a more professional service and attitude.

These guys are dependable, fair, and do a great job! I had two different plumbers I contacted before I contacted Patrick. One came out and tried to fix the problem charged us quite a bit of money and the problem still wasn’t fixed. The other plumber that I called from Winfield was supposed to come out to give me an estimate and never showed up the day he said he would. I called four times with no reply. So don’t waste your time with anybody else! First pick plumbing showed up, got the job done,and were very fair priced! Thanks again!

Fixed an outside faucet. Very prompt, did a great job, honest and professional. Explained precisely what needed done so we could make an informed decision. Patrick did and excellent job!! Thumbs up!
