Came out same day I had an issue with my system and backup battery. Upfront with me about costs and equipment and leveraging the service call. In turn, Chose them to replace my pump and battery backup system at the same time. Hope that it will last ten years and feel like they will stand by their work.
This company is top notch! Had a recent flooding with several inches of water throughout my basement and KC Pumpman was recommended to us by some friends. Thanks to their fast and professional service, they were able to pump out the water and fix and upgrade our sump pump.
