KC Water Heaters

After 3 months of limping along with cold or semi-warm showers, we finally got our tank replaced for HALF of what other companies estimated. Chase not only installed the new 50 gal tank with expansion tank, but also new flues for both the water heater and furnace and a new PRV. There was no more waiting as all the work was also completed upon his initial visit. The work performed was exceptional and Chase was able to answer every question. By working with a smaller company, we saved paying overhead costs and we were able to work with a professional who takes a substantial personal investment in his work. We called KC Water Heaters at about 7:30 PM Friday evening. Chase was quick to call us back. We discussed the pros and cons of repairing our 9 year old water heater. We decided to go with a new water heater. Chase scheduled our install for the following day (Saturday). He arrived on time - calling prior to arrival. He verified our old water heater did need to be replaced. He checked our home water pressure and began the process. Called Chase to install our Water Heater, once he arrived he measured our water pressure which was too high, he recommended to installed a PRV, and Expansion Tank along with the Water Heater which I agreed, it also solved hammering issues when we did laundry, he is very informative and professional. Couldn’t ask for anything better!!! He also pointed out other issues which needs attention and we plan on getting them fixed ASAP (Highly Recommend)

I'm glad I found Chase to come out and install a new water heater for us. While our house and the old water heater were only about 7 years old, the water heater was having some overheating issues and new thermostats didn't fix it, so we went with a new heater. He also found many issues with the original installer's work. He corrected everything and installed a new water heater, expansion tank and PRV valve in very short time for a competitive price.
