Very very very disappointed with this company. My husband and I just moved to Coffeyville and needed to turn on our gas for heat. The gas company found a small leak so I needed to have a plumber just cap off an unused fireplace before heat could be turned on. We called on a Friday during normal business hours to have this done but no one answered the phone. We left 2 messages and no one bothered to call us back. The weather is below freezing and we have a 3 and 4 year old and our water is also in danger of pipes freezing so we needed to have heat. We also bought an older home and would have had an estimate done for complete new plumbing installed. I guess the hometown plumbers don’t care about new business or new residents to this small community. As of Saturday night our family is having to stay another night in a hotel because even after a call again on Saturday they have not returned any calls. Do not call this company as obviously they are either incompetent or inept in their abilities. This is the second plumber we called several times in Coffeyville that will not return phone calls. I guess this town needs a real plumber
so my dog ran away and me so sad now
