Do not go through this company. I called to get details and pricing. The woman over the phone told me pricing that was suitable with my price range. However once the guys showed up they said there would be additional charges no matter what i was told over the phone.
Had the pleasure of working with Garrett. He was very friendly and very helpful. Thank you Garrett. Receptionist and office workers were also very friendly and helpful.
Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.
Great, knowledgeable, and polite dispatcher, whose name was John. When the Garrett, the technician, got to the house he was also knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself instead of tracking in a big mess or leaving a big mess. We just bought this new house in May and it was under warranty but the plumber that was assigned to us was not going to come out for a few days because we called on the weekend. Of course that would not work with a sump pump out and our house having 7" of rain last night. I am so happy they came out in a timely fashion and would highly recommend them and the work they do.
