They saved me a ton of money by finding a discontinued part instead of replacing the unit for my heater. They were easy to work with and very professional.
On May 18, 2015, I called them on a Sunday evening due to a toilet problem. I was told it would cost $145.00 but knew it was Sunday & they'd charge more. Plumber came in and told me, "your floor is rotting out, I can't repair this due to liability on me should the toilet fall through..." He happily walked back to his van with a check for $145.00 and said "we'd be happy to come back to fix it once the floor is fixed..." I finally got repair guys in there today (August 19, 2015)-only to find out, "Your floor isn't rotten. The bolt just rusted through but the floor is still good." Over 3 months later, the floor miraculously fixed itself cause I hadn't been able to get the repair person in there until today. AMAZING!!! I will definitely NOT call this company again for anything & recommend people avoid calling this company for jobs in the future!!!!! UPDATE: On August 28th, I received a refund check in the mail from Systems 4. Apparently my email to the president of the company did some relief. Thank-you to Systems 4 for the refund.
