If I could give 0 stars, I would. Will take your money and run. Hired to remodel a bath. Thousands of dollars. BEWARE of this plumber.

It's perplexing that there are so many negative reviews because I witnessed a man who was genuinely interested in solving my home's problem, not in taking my money. Scott responded quickly to an emergency Sunday call and he didn't act as though I was an interruption to his day off. This was, by far, the friendliest customer service I have ever had the pleasure of receiving. The Payless phone number is now a permanent part of my phone's contact list--I won't be calling anyone else. Thank you, Scott, for being a phenomenal public servant!!

This I wouldn’t even call him a man but this “boy” Scott is a real piece of work. He can’t follow through he will take ur money n not come back he is prob a Schizophrenic the way he acts and if you need any meth well he seams like the guy you can call hope he does better service then I had a few weeks ago !!!!

I don't usually leave reviews but I thought these guys did a good enough of a job to leave one. They came out while I was at work, cleaned out my main sewer line (tree roots about 110 ft from the clean out) and let me pay over the phone. The price was reasonable and not outrageous. Great customer service as well, will do business with again.

Would never ever recommend. A rip off artist to say the least. Take your money & not follow through. Has a hard time balancing schedule. It was a total nightmare!!!!
