Drake Plumbing

Very unproffesional. Over priced. Wanted payment before work was done which still isn't done. Hiring someone else. Do not use these guys.

I took off work for an 8:00 AM appointment. Called 8:05, they said they would be headed my way shortly. Called 10:30 AM and was told they would be there before lunch. Had my husband call at about 1:30 PM and they would be headed to our house soon. I took off an entire day of work and they never showed, yet they led us to believe they were on there way throughout the day. They never followed up with a phone call. Nothing. I am not sure why any company would do business like that. We had used them in the past and everything was fine.

Absolutely disappointed. I called with a backed up bathtub and was immediately referred to a sewer / drain company without even being given a chance to explain my problem (which is a plumbing issue, not a sewer problem). I will not call them again despite the fact that they are long time friends of the family!

Didn't show up 4 times! No pride in his work at all. Left the place a mess when he finally got around to doing it. Nothing was straight. Took of work to let him in and he didn't even have the courtesy to call.

I would say Drake Plumbing of Hutchinson, Ks preforms above and beyond. When most plumbers are closed on Saturday afternoon, I called Drake Plumbing because my well pump had gone bad, with temperatures above 100 degrees and me with a geothermal Heat pump to cool my home, I had to have well water. I thought probably it would be Monday before anyone would travel out into the rural area to fix my problem. Not, so Drake made two trips over 14 miles to repair my problem, thanks Drake plumbing.
