Great service and the tech. had no problem answering all my questions

First rate service. I would not trust anybody else with my furnace.

Contacted them almost two weeks ago to get a quote to have a nest installed since we do not have many nest installers in our area. Owner was very nice as well as the staff. It took them two weeks to get me a quote. When I spoke to them on the phone they stated they would have the quote to me that day or at the very latest the next morning. In my opinion they are either to busy to handle the workload or they don't care about getting business. I called them for the next three days to check on the quote and always the same answer we will send it out today. I will not pursue a company for services. I went elsewhere

I had multiple jobs that needed done, and needed them scheduled for the same day. Kimberly managed to get this all coordinated so that I only needed to take off one day of work. I'm so happy with my long wished for whole house humidifier, and the new recessed lighting is bright and perfect! As always, Hoods really takes care of their customers! Thank you!
