We had a fantastic experience when our furnace needed looked at just last week. Communication is great and service is wonderful. We will definitely use Dovel's again!

Could not ask for a better company great work!

Would never use this company, had trouble with our double door unit, they cut wires tried to jump start, left me with wires hanging couldn't fix it and charged me 229.00 for 30 min. This would be for 1hr 50min as we are 40 miles west of Hutchinson, so I am allowing them time out and back also. Found another place 60.fee for service call if not able to fix 60. is what you pay, Honest. I am not in this line of work, just make sure you know how much the service call is and hourly cost before you have work done, I will count that as my mistake. No matter what line of work you are in you will not please everyone, this is just my experience.

We have used this company twice. Each time they have arrived promptly, been extremely courteous, helpful, and very competent. We have used other companies in town and won't be calling anyone else now.

Greg was awesome. I was having trouble with my insurance company wanting to pay to replace my air conditioner unit and Greg was able to get things taken care of. Once we made the decision to replace the unit, his guys were out to remove the old units the next day and the day after that our new unit was installed. For the first time in 5 years I have a comfortable home! The negative review is likely just a jealous competitor or someone who didn't want to pay their bill. I have nothing but great things to say about Dovel's!!
