Called about a month ago. Made the appointment. The crew was very courteous and called/emailed where they were and when they would arrive. They were on time and did not leave until the job was complete. I highly recommend ASAP POOP!!

Very honest, at my house on time, did a excellent job, and reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

The only reason I give this company 1 star is because they answered the phone when I called. In fact, they answered the phone all the 3 times I called. Once to book the regular service of pumping my septic tank. Second, when I had asked where they were since the 1-5pm time frame was expiring soon. Third, when I called 45 minutes after their scheduled time had passed with no word. I took a half day from work in order to take the appointment, only to be told “oh looks like we have to re-schedule to Monday”. My scheduled day was Friday. When I asked why they didn’t call, they said they did. I had my phone on me the whole time, not to mention my Apple Watch, another device that would’ve notified me of anyone calling. Also, if you did call and obviously did not reach me, why not leave a message? Or at least call back to try and reach me. Ergo, I did not book my Monday service and went with another company. Save your time and look somewhere else.
