i never write reviews but i felt i had to based on the response and service i received from James. i'd give more stars if it was possible. we were in an emergency situation and he came thru for us. got the problems fixed and was very fair with the costs. not sure why this comes up under daughter's name but this is don coblentz posting and i'll use james for anything heating and cooling from now on. thanks again!

Furnace wasn’t working properly couldn’t figure out the problem called James heating and cooling he was there within an hour!! Fixed the problem in 15 minutes! Incredible service and very nice guy! Will be using him in the future if need to be!
