Randy came out, assessed the problems and gave me a fair estimate. He was on time, friendly and very open with the plumbing problems I was having. He gave me several choices to solve the issues and explained them so I could understand. Randy was quick, hard working and stuck to his original cost. He fixed my toilet seal, added shut off valves and replaced an outside spicket. When I had a leak from a crack in the toilet and he came back out. The crack wasn't his fault but since he guaranteed his work he gave me a new tank and did an hours worth of work at no charge. Will reccomend to all my friends and family!
