I’ve used many plumbers in the past that were not so great and decided that I would call Cavinder Mechanical to fix my water heater. They fixed my problem in a timely manner and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be calling them again!
The work done was fine. I had bought a water filter for under the sink and could not reach the nut to tighten it against the countertop so I needed to hire someone to do this. They get there and realize an adapter is needed which is fine. I figured, oh, they do plumbing so he will have it in his truck. I have a hardware store less than 5 minutes from my house. He HAD to drive to Ferguson to get the part. I was charged LABOR for the 90 minutes he was gone getting the part. Crazy to be charged $200 to do such a simple job. I will not be using them again.
