Please note a compliant is being filed with the Better Business Bureau on this company. Please stay clear of this business!! Very unprofessional and have no integrity, will overcharge for items and will not validate what is being repaired when asked. STAY CLEAR!! Regarding Invoice No. xxxxxxxx/Cust. No: xxxxxx; on January 17, 2019, A homeowner called Meyer’s Heating and Cooling regarding several leaking faucets in the house, a shower faucet, lavatory faucet and kitchen faucet. At the time the homeowner was at the mercy of this company and entrusted Meyer’s would preform the tasks honestly since she has been a long-time customer of over 20 years. According to the homeowner the technician ( - 2xx) repaired the shower head with a rebuilt kit and installed a. new cartridge for the lavatory faucet. All fixtures that had leaks were not replaced with new fixtures upon the departure of the technician. After reviewing the invoice that was given to the homeowner, it appears the information was opposite of what the technician ( - 2xx) stated to the homeowner. The homeowner began to question the cost of which it was to complete the job and raised concerns about the integrity of the technician’s work in which was received by Meyer’s Heating and Cooling. A call was placed on February 6, 2019 to Meyer’s Heating and Cooling to verify the parts number or model number for the cartridge and rebuild kit that was installed. After speaking to an employee at Meyer's Heating and Cooling and having her confirm with the dispatcher on-duty it was confirmed that there are no part/model numbers they have on file. Invoice No. xxxxxxxx shows the total for “parts” listed as $198, doing a quick internet search on Home Depot for Delta faucet repair/cartridges, list prices for cartridges range from $20-$50. It is still unclear how the cost of said “parts” total the amount of $198. The technician ( - 2xx) is set call to and explain the invoice regarding a “rebuilt faucet” and the new cartridge. The homeowner has fell victim to Meyer’s Heating and Cooling and the technician ( - 2xx) who has taken advantage of a homeowner when she was at the mercy of a professional business to fix a problem. Meyer’s Heating and Cooling recklessly charged an elder woman to “diagnosis” a problem that was already explained and viciously falsified “parts” to claim more money from the homeowner. Please seek all professional sanctions on Meyer’s Heating and Cooling for lack of integrity and viciously attacking a homeowner who lacks the knowledge of plumbing by charging unreal amounts on invoices and not providing documentation of what “part” was replaced.

I've called Meyers for years. I've always had good experiences until I called for HVAC issues. The receptionist was rude and clearly covering for the repairman, who canceled twice, couldnt seem to get a part that was supposed to be there in a week but took 6 weeks. When asked, this guy knew nothing and literally said, I just work here. I was charged $100 for $25 worth of parts and worse yet, it wasn't fixed. He forgot to turn the water back on to my furnace humidifier. Horrible, terrible service. I'll never call them again.

Don’t waste your money! Meyers installed my HVaC unit in a new construction home 5 years ago. Last year they had to come out and fix a fault in the unit. Once again this year a fault in the unit which they said they fixed, however the next day the unit is not operational. Each visit they have charged me labor. They are not responsive and require multiple phone calls. Here’s to another day/night without a single thing working on my unit. Time to find another HVaC company!
