Built our home 3 years ago in the Southport Area. Contacted Ken Stephens to get an estimate on irrigation,agreed on a price and installation went well.... Now,we come to the integrity of their finished work..We had A provider for our cable that was requesting a layout of our irrigation. I contacted Casey,Kens son in law,and asked for a layout of the the irrigation,and my response from Casey was"That's their problem",I don't make any money doing their job,if they hit a line let me know,That's where I make my money!!Now, after poor service on a timely fashion,Ken Stephens opens my irrigation,and leaves a water valve on from Wednesday to Sunday.Notified Ken Stephens and said he would take care of his mishap.My water bill went from $100.00 to $300. Notified Ken via e-mail,Casey the son-in-law,tells me that the only thing they owe me is $28. So my water ran for 5 days,and the way CASEY HAS IT FIGURED $28 makes it ok...Went to WATERWORKS IRRIGATION AND A WAY CHEAPER PRICE !! Would not recommend this company. NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER
