We have a fairly new generator we bought here. Today the electricity went out. The generator did not cone on. I called the emergency number and got a recording. I left a message now an hour ago. No response. I called back several times they actually turned off their recording. Unbelievable! We have used this company many times and had good service. But when in an emergency they failed in a big wa . I wouldn't recommend buying a generator from them after this experience

Came out the same day and got the furnace going again quickly! Explained the problem and recommended cleaning schedule in and easy to understand manner. Reasonably priced! This is now our go-to company for any of the services they cover.

Review from Chantell Davis on the following; Borchelt & Sons, INC 6332 Maplecrest, IN 46835 Spoke with a manager on (Monday) 5-6-2019 at 4:22pm Original service was Nov 30th 2018 Called them back out on Feb 26, 2019 Time in between was bc it is not a constant leak as I stated to them in the beginning. I have a shower, which is believed to be leaking; however no one can seem to find out from where. It does not leak all the time. The gentleman from Borchelt & Sons, Inc came out to take a look (the leak came through my kitchen so the drywall is open which gives them access to see the pipes etc.). Long story short, he said it was the sealant/grout, that it had "holes' in it (the shower was totally redone in 2016 bc this issue was happening (i purchased in 2013) I explained the above to him, bc I believe it is something with the pipes. He said he would do sealant and if that did not work to call them back and they would come back bc it was not fixed. He asked w to let it sit as long as I could minimum 2 weeks (I have 2 other full baths in the home) I let it sit about 1 month. I used it a few times after that and as normal, no leak right then, about 2weeks later, there it is leaking. I called them back out as the 1st worker told me to do. They came, the guy could not "see it leak, but could see it had. All he did was put more sealant. Well, that did not work the first time but OK. They sent me a bill. I did not pay it. I called and asked for a manager. Spoke with one of them (a gentleman) I gave him the information, he pulled the invoices. He said "so you don't want to pay the invoice i take it?" I stated no, I would like to have it fixed. He raised his voice and said "we're not touching that shower again!" I'll void out this invoice but we're not touching that shower." I said in between his comment that is fine, if you can't fix it that should have been said in the beginning. He then said "Fix it; it needs to be torn out and redone." So this is the manager of Borchelt & Sons, INC saying this to me AFTER they have already taken $387.50 from me and trying to get another $85.70 from me. REALLY!!! This is the type of business they do? Just HORRIBLE. His customer service was not at all that of a business owner who is trying to HELP his customer. His staff should have given me the information in the first visit, if that was the case (it could not be fixed or it needed to be redone). However, he is the ONLY one that has said that (I have had a couple others come and look at it) and again it was ONLY AFTER he took my money. I will be contacting the BBB to make a complaint and give a NEGATIVE rating.
