Your employee Joshua Flowers has engaged in behavior that could be considered trespass and damage to property. In response to being notified of this issue he disparaged and attempted to humiliate, as well as blatantly lied in an attempt to dissuade this individual regarding his retaining a lawyer and reviving legal advice, a neighbor of a client of yours. I can assure you that you have legal liability because of the actions of your agent Joshua Flowers and suggest you take the actions appropriate to mitigate any damages.

Joshua Flowers is a vile human being and highly unprofessional. He contacts CUSTOMERS on Facebook and calls them names and is highly rude. I do not recommend this place until Joshua is fired.

They did great replacing pipes and the guys was very nice...and they did it on time..but they did not plant grass seed like they said they would.and left piles of dirt that should have been evened out

From my intial call to the time Josh arrived I knew I was in good hands as Russ had already shared enough insight about my plumbing problem to ease my mind. Then Josh was totally knowledgeable and courteous in developing a plan with a cost factor built in at each option depending on how intensive my problem was.
