I am not sure where sweet and polite comes from. Woman on the phone was rude and not helpful at all. In the first 15 seconds of the call it was clear she had no interest in helping me.

Great service. Receptionist was sweet and polite. They came in a timely manner and did a great service. Will call again for their service.
