What a joke! This guy is amateur all the way. Zero follow up, poor communication, and doesn’t stand behind his own work. Refuses to honor warranty on his own work and water heater that he supplied. Gave him a second chance, took off work to meet and he canceled on me. Guy is a wannabe handyman that shouldn’t be trusted. Update: called me back after I posted the review, and wanted to meet me and fight! Wow!

I would leave this joke of a company ZERO stars if I could. He stood us up on 3 different days. We had an issue that was EMERGENT and needed to be fixed ASAP. On 3 different dates, which I took off work, unpaid, he never showed, never called and would not answer our calls. I finally called him from a number he did not recognize and POOF, he answered, imagine that! I told him I would leave him a bad review and he THREATENED me saying he would sue me for slander, ummmm it's not slander if it's true. He then told me that any other company would charge me double, I WOULD GLADLY PAY TRIPLE TO NEVER GIVE HIM A PENNY OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY. Joke of a company and joke of a plumber. Shop around, or you will regret it. 2 weeks later and we are finally realizing we have been played by a fool. Called Turner plumbing and he is fixing us up tomorrow and BEAT THE PRICE. AVOID THIS JOKESTER!
