This company is a shill for home warranty companies. He showed up to my house and after a few minutes of talking he was already bragging how he only does work for insurance / warranty companies. He was even trashing on a church he did work for. So he comes in and spends about 10 minutes at my house 5 of which was us talking and 5 of it inspecting my bathroom issue. The main issue I wanted fixed was a ball valve connected to the the toilet that was stuck open and could not be shut off which is requiring me to shut off the water to my entire house because the toilet is broken. I was hoping that HMS would at-least fix the ball valve if not the toilet too. But here is a portion of the report HMS used to deny my claim. "There has been improper installation of the floor, which is causing the toilet to lean." Mind you I got this home warranty when I bought the house and the prior owners installed the floor but this scam artist looked for any reason he could to deny my claim so he could make a quick $100 for no real work. I feel like the $20 per minute I paid him was a total waste of my money and time.
Does not show up when expected, no professionalism, does not listen, etc. Almost a month, and problem still not fixed. Run - do not use this company...
Terrible customer service, no professionalism, do not recommend this company. Find someone else
