Metro Plumbing

Very horrible way to take care of customer the guy who came out said its impossible to fix the problem and instead of telling the actual owner of the house he just left after telling the contractors I had working for me. What Kline of business does that. I would not recommend metro plumbing to anyone and I personally will never go back not now not ever.

My family and I have used metro for years. They do a great job when it comes to plumbing.

Called Metro this afternoon hoping to schedule an appointment the next day. The very gracious receptionist stated the technician would stop within the hour. Serviceman Phillip arrived on time, replaced our garbage disposal and did not empty our bank account. Metro's prices are very reasonable. Thank you Phillip and staff of Metro Plumbing..

NEVER use this company, their wrk wasn't under warranty. 9 days later I had the same issue, they refused to come back and fix what they didn't do right in the first place. Manager was unavaible for days to talk w me and the owner refused to contact me.

Fixed the problem we have with our plumbing that other plumbers didn't fix. Showed on time and was professionally the whole time. Explained what was wrong. Would recommend to others.
